Dr. Zhang offered a mom workshop
In the evening of Nov 18th, Dr. Na Zhang offered a mindfulness workshop to moms in the Women’s Circle program at St. Joseph Parenting Center in Stamford. It was an amazing time to connect with the moms and chat about parenting!

Dr. Zhang offered a teacher professional development workshop
In the evening of Sept 14, 2025, Dr. Zhang offered a Zoom interactive workshop to teachers at Norwalk Chinese School. The workshop focused on the importance of classroom management and effective strategies in managing student behaviors!

Healing Hearts Project
The Healing Hearts project is funded by NIH – our goal is to develop and test a mindfulness app to support divorced/separated parents.

MICROS-Early Project
The MICROS-Early Project examines how mindfulness shapes relationships among parents, grandparents, and young children in multigenerational families.

Join us for an upcoming research seminar exploring the development of a mindfulness app designed for parents navigating divorce or separation. Using a human-centered design and mixed-methods approach, this project shows how user feedback can shape accessible, effective mental health interventions—with exceptionally high usability ratings.
